Join us for the Northern Colleges and Canadian Culture Tour, an elite academic and cultural expedition designed to give you an insider’s look at North America’s most prestigious institutions. Visit the hallowed halls of Canadian institutions McGill, Concordia, and the University of Ottawa, with exciting stops back in the States at Cornell and Syracuse on the journey. This isn't just a campus tour; it’s a deep dive into the heart of Canadian life—from the historic charm of Old Montreal to the bustling energy of the Byward Market in Canada’s capital. Discover your potential future academic home while soaking in the vibrant culture of our neighbor to the north!

Cultural Experiences and Tour Route
Travel north to Montreal and instantly soak up the European feel of this cosmopolitan Canadian city! Walk the cobblestone streets of Old Montreal, visit Mount Royal Park, explore food markets, and have some fun in the Old Port. You'll leave with a thorough feel of what it would be like to live in one of North America's most unique cities, while visiting McGill University and Concordia University.
Next travel to Ottawa, the Capital of Canada! See the Parliament Building, visit Byward Market, and tour the University of Ottawa.
Finally, head back into the USA, stopping for official tours and information sessions at Syracuse University and Cornell University, while staying overnight and visiting Downtown Ithaca, NY.
Logistics

Accommodations
We will be staying 3 nights in Old Montreal, 1 night in Ottawa, and 1 night in Ithaca, where students will stay in rooms of three, each student having their own bed.

Meals
Breakfast will be at your leisure in our hotel each morning, lunch (most included in college dining halls) will be on the run, and dinners will be at some of Montreal and Ottawa's most exciting restaurants!

Transportation
We will have a charter bus for the duration of the program, but will be on foot or taking the Metro during our time in the cities. There will be extensive walking, as that is the best way to see the campuses and cities!
