In Korea, the education of young minds is directly related to the nation’s economic, political, social, cultural, and ethical development. This global study program will introduce our students to not only the educational system of South Korea but the impact of Korean culture around the world. Receiving an invite from the the prestigious Hana Academy Seoul (HAS) High School will allow BCA students to experience all South Korea has to offer the world.
Hana Academy Seoul
Hana Academy Seoul (HAS) is the only fully accredited, independent private high school in Seoul. HAS seeks to nurture not only those students who have already demonstrated top-notch academic excellence, but also those who demonstrate tremendous creativity or potential in any important field of endeavor. In addition, HAS seeks to instill in its students a sense of social responsibility, deep respect for their peers and other individuals, and a keen awareness of the many critical issues facing all of humanity. HAS has established many exchange programs with schools in Japan, China, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia and held International Academic Symposiums that bring these countries together.
Seoul, the capital of South Korea, is a city that has an official history of 600 years. It is considered the historical center of the country, while providing the uniqueness of South Korean food, fashion and fun. And looking at current global trends BCA will be exposed to Korean culture and all its rage – from chic desserts to catchy K-Pop and buzzy fashion.
